Originally from Cape Cod, Massachusetts, I moved here to Sarasota from my home of 28 years in Silverdale, Washington. While living in Washington I served on the City of Bremerton's Planning Commission for five years, served on the Mayor's advisory committee for the allocation of Block Grant Funds and also served on the Board of Directors of the Bremerton Main Street Association. Personally dealing in the purchase, development, and sale of both residential and commercial property for the past 30 years has given me the experience and negotiating skills which I will apply to the special needs of your transaction.
